Type of Ventilators & Their Application

Every building needs sufficient ventilation regardless of whether it is a commercial or residential property. Proper air ventilation must be revived all the time so as to expel lethal components and get fresh air from outside.

In some areas where you do not have much space for windows such as bathrooms you can opt for ventilators instead of windows. The most common ventilators used in bathrooms are Louvre shutters or top hung windows.
Few of the uPVC window manufacturers are now offering automatic louver shutters with uPVC or glass slants. These Louver shutters can be easily combined with any of the traditional design as well such as casement windows.

On the other hand top hung windows are also available in wooden but due to maintenance issue more and more people are opting for uPVC windows. Top hung windows are traditional design and can also be opted as a combination mostly with uPVC fixed windows.

Improper ventilation can lead to many health issues and it is recommended to get every room in your property ventilated. Windows and doors also provide air inflow but in light of security concern they can't be kept open throughout the day.
